The Audio Recorder is not visible
- Be sure your system runs on Windows - 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP.
- Be sure your browser is Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher with JavaScript enabled
- Be sure ActiveX download is enabled in your browser.
- Go to Tools>Internet Options>Security>Custom Level>Security Settings
- Check Enable ActiveX controls and downloads

Extra MS Word codes appear in the Content editor
Extra characters may appear when you copy or paste text from MS Word into the Content editor:
- Select Code Sweep feature in the editor
- Select 'Microsoft Word mark-up' and click OK.
An Enter My Office 2000 CD Prompt Appears
- Click Start>Settings>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs
- Highlight Microsoft Office Professional
- Click Change (This will pop-up Office Maintenance Window)
- Click Add or Remove Features
- Expand the Office Tools Director
- Click the down arrow next to HTML Source Editing
- Select Run from My Computer
- Click Update Now
No Text Area Appears in Content Editor
Go to Tools>Internet Options>Security>Security Level (custom or default)
Check to enable Active X Control settings:
- Run ActiveX controls and plugins
- Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting
