How To Create a New Course

 

  • Login and Click Add a New Course
  • Enter a New Course Name
    For example - Beginning French, Korean for Travelers, English Pronunciation.
  • Click Add Course

 

 

 

 

 

How To Create a New Topic

 

  • Click the Course Name To View (Below Course Index)
  • Click Add a New Topic
  • Enter a New Topic Name
    For example - Learning the French Alphabet, Special Korean Greetings, Special English Sounds and Pronunciation.
  • Enter Topic Content
    Type or copy and paste into text field. You can add videos by adding the embedding code from you video hosts (youtube, dailymotion, ect...). Note: you can add html tag for control page lay out.
  • Add images to your topic content
  • Upload a tect document (pdf, doc, txt) for your students to download
  • Record Topic Audio (follow instructions)
  • Click Create Topic

 

 

 

 

 

How To Create a New Assignment

 

  • Click Back to Topic Page (from Course Topic Page)
  • Click Add a New Assignment
  • Enter a New Assignment Name.
    For example - Learning the French Alphabet, Special Korean Greetings, Special English Sounds and Pronunciation.
  • Enter Assignment Content
    Type or copy and paste into tect field.
  • Record Activity Audio (follow instructions)
  • Click Save Assignment

 

 

 

 

 

How To Submit Assignments

 

  • Click Course Index>Course Name> Topic Name> Assignment Name
  • Click 'Submit Assignment'
  • Click 'Submit' to Submit to Each Student

 

 

 

 

 

How to Evaluate Assignments

 

  • Click Course Index>Course Name>Topic Name> Assignment Name>Preview and Submit Assignment
  • Click 'Manage Student Assignment'
  • Click name of Student Assignment to evaluate
  • Review and Listen to Students Answers
  • Correct, edit students answer directly into the Evaluation Editor from your PC, or/and
  • Enter your written evaluation directly into text editor
  • Record your own verbal evaluation
  • Click 'Submit Evaluation' to complete and automatically send an email to student notifying of newly evaluated activity to review and practice

 

 

 

 

 

How to Review Completed Assignments

 

  • Click Course Index>Course Name>Topic Name>Assignments Name>Preview and Submit Assignments
  • Click 'Manage Student Assignments'
  • Click name of Student to view completed assignments

 

 

 

 

 

How to Record Live Online Radio Clips

 

  • Make sure your PC microphone is installed on your computer and the recording volume is set properly
  • Open one browser window to your recording source
  • Open another browser window to login and click to Topic or Assignments recording page
  • Click Record then click to open and begin recording from other browser window
  • Click Stop when finished recording and complete as previously detailed
